Michael Spencer recently announced that he’s developing a new Linux operating system, named Quantum OS what uses Google’s Material Design. The goal is to produce a stable, user friendly operating system with nice design.
They plan to develop the shell and applications using Qt5 and QML technologies. In the beginning they plan to use Ubuntu or Arch as a base system.
